Jeff Spencer is a native Idahoan who has been training horses professionally since 1974.
Over the years, Jeff has developed and taught the horsemanship program at Southern Utah University in Cedar City, Utah and traveled within the western United States teaching and giving horsemanship clinics.
In 1999, Jeff and Jane Spencer opened a training facility in Eagle, Idaho with the goal of helping horse owners improve their relationship with their horse.
Jeff's foundational approach to training allows the horse and rider to learn together from the ground up and grow together as a team. Jeff's gift is his ability to communicate the complexity of horsemanship in an understandable, usable form.
The Horsemanship School at Spencer Training has been a dream of Jeff's. He and Jane have developed a hands-on, 40 hour class for the average horse owner who wishes to broaden his knowledge base of horse ownership.
You are invited to spend 5 days immersed in an equine environment to learn from the experience of one of the most talented educator's in the horse world.
